1. Digital Product (Ebook) Refund Policy

Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, once an ebook has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be “returned.” Therefore, all sales of ebooks are final and non-refundable.

We strongly encourage you to:

    • Read the product description thoroughly before purchasing.

    • Review any available preview content.

    • Ensure the ebook format is compatible with your device.

Exceptions to the Ebook Non-Refundable Policy:

While ebook sales are generally final, we aim for your satisfaction and will consider refunds or replacements in the following specific circumstances:

    • Technical Fault / File Corruption: If the ebook file you receive is genuinely corrupted, incomplete, unreadable, or otherwise technically faulty, and we are unable to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement file after reasonable troubleshooting.

    • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same ebook title more than once.

To request a refund or replacement under these exceptions:

You must notify us within 7 days of your purchase. Please contact our support team at info@cuttellconsulting.com or via our Contact Us Page. In your request, please include:

    • Your Order Number

    • The title of the ebook purchased

    • A detailed description of the issue (e.g., “File won’t open,” “Pages are missing,” “Purchased twice”). Screenshots or error messages are helpful.

Upon receiving your request, we will investigate the issue and communicate our resolution within 5-7 business days. If a refund is approved:

    • The refund amount will be processed to your original method of payment.

    • Please note that the refund will be issued minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees incurred by us for the original transaction. These fees are charged by payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and are not returned to us when a refund is issued. The exact amount of these non-recoverable fees will vary based on the payment method used.

    • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
